Being a true audiophile, I bought these in need of a spare pair for sports. I thought, naïvely, Focal being so competent in loudspeakers, maybe their headphones will be, if not on par, at least decent.
The sound quality is simply awful, a pair of simple apple earphones sounds SIGNIFICANTLY better.
On cardio exercises, the bluetooth connection is permanently interrupted, only for desk work does this not happen. The build quality is poor: both sides have had the electronics detached from their respective plastic housing. Today one side finally gave up as I tried to fix it again for the hundredth time in its housing. Spare yourself the pain. Either take another 50 out and get yourself a good pair , or just buy a basic product for 20 bucks which will surpass this Focal junk (which obviously cannot be made by Focal by the way) in both sound and build quality.
